1. Legal Notice & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for any event, purchasing a ticket, submitting an offering/seed, or attending any ministry activity (online or in-person), you agree to be legally bound by all terms outlined in this policy.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website and may not register for or attend any events.

2. Payment Policy (Strict Non-Refundable)

All payments made to Prosper A Java Ministries — including but not limited to tickets, registrations, classes, conferences, private sessions, offerings, seeds, donations, or products — are:

100% Non-Refundable
Non-Exchangeable
Non-Transferable (unless authorized in writing)

This applies regardless of:

Change of plans
Travel issues or delays
Illness or emergency
Weather conditions
Dissatisfaction with the ministry, teachings, or event
Inability to attend
Duplicate purchases
Mistaken purchases

Once payment is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or disputed.

Any attempt to issue a chargeback or refund request with a bank, PayPal, Stripe, Wix Payments, or any processor is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in:

Immediate ban from all future events
Legal action for breach of agreement
Debt recovery and associated collection costs

3. No Recording, Distribution, or Reposting of Content

All ministry teachings, prophecies, sessions, videos, audio, written material, and spiritual guidance are the exclusive property of Prosper A Java Ministries.

You are strictly prohibited from:

Recording audio or video
Taking screenshots or photos
Posting event content online
Sharing prophecies publicly
Republishing or teaching ministry material
Using any content for commentary, defamation, or exposure

Violation may result in legal action, removal from the event, and permanent banning.

4. Do Not Use Teachings, Prophecies, or Conversations Against the Ministry

By participating in any ministry activity, you agree that no word spoken—public or private—may be used against:

Prophet Prosper Adabla
Passion Java Ministries
Prosper A Java Ministries
Staff, volunteers, associates, and family
Anyone residing in the same location as the Prophet
Anyone affiliated with the ministry in any capacity

You waive the right to:

Misinterpret
Misquote
Weaponize prophetic words
Spread defamation
Threaten legal action
Post negative commentary
Publish private or confidential ministry interactions

This policy applies globally, without limitation.

5. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

All events (virtual or physical) involve spiritual activity. By attending, you understand and agree that you participate:

Voluntarily
At your own risk
With full personal responsibility

The ministry and its representatives are not liable for any:

Spiritual manifestations
Emotional reactions
Prophetic outcomes
Psychological impact
Physical injuries
Loss, theft, property damage
Travel issues
Personal decisions made from teachings or prophecies

You release the ministry from all claims, known or unknown, arising from participation.

6. Prophetic Disclaimer

Prophetic words, spiritual guidance, and counsel delivered during any session or event are:

Spiritual in nature
Subject to interpretation
Not guaranteed outcomes

Prophecy is not:

Legal advice
Medical advice
Financial advice
Therapy or counseling
Professional consulting

You agree not to pursue any legal claims based on prophetic statements or guidance.

7. Conduct Policy

Prosper A Java Ministries reserves the absolute right to remove any person from an event or online platform for:

Disrespectful behavior
Disruption
Aggression
Attempting to record
Harassment
Attempting to confront leadership
Violating boundaries

Removal does not entitle you to a refund or credit of any kind.

8. Media Release (Consent)

By attending an event (in person or online), you grant permission for your:

Image
Voice
Presence
Testimony

to be used in ministry media including livestreams, broadcasts, photographs, marketing, and products.

If you do not want to appear in media, you must submit a written request BEFORE attending.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information submitted through this site or during events is kept confidential and used only for ministry purposes.

However, you acknowledge that:

Prophetic sessions are not therapy and are not protected by medical privacy laws.
You are responsible for any information you choose to disclose.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

This policy is governed under the laws of the State of Maryland (USA) unless you want it changed to South Africa, Zimbabwe, or another jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal matters will be resolved exclusively within that jurisdiction.

11. Right to Refuse Service

The ministry may refuse registration, revoke access, or ban individuals for any reason including:

Disrespect
Threats
False accusations
Chargebacks
Attempts to exploit ministry content
Policy violations

Updates to These Terms

The ministry reserves the right to modify, update, or expand these terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting.
